We are currently seeking a Facilities Director to oversee operations across six sites, predominantly in Milwaukee, WI. This role involves a blend of office and manufacturing environments, focusing on tailored facility management solutions previous experience in heavy industrial facility management is really beneficial.
Key Requirements:
- Significant experience managing a $100 million budget with a focus on profit and loss responsibilities.
- Proven track record in hands-on leadership within the field of facility management, particularly in heavy industrial settings.
- Residence in Milwaukee, WI is a requirement.

Role Overview:You will be responsible for the leadership, management, and development of a designated portfolio of contracts. Your primary objectives will include ensuring contractual obligations are not only met but surpassed, fostering a safe working environment, optimizing staffing structures, and driving financial growth within your portfolio. Collaboration with operational managers and support for business development initiatives will also be key aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and expertise across client accounts, ensuring contractual commitments are exceeded.
- Implement and enforce business policies and processes within contracts.
- Foster a healthy and safe working environment across the portfolio.
- Optimize staffing structures to balance cost reduction and service excellence.
- Facilitate learning and development opportunities for team members.
- Drive financial growth through revenue and profit delivery plans.
- Ensure robust contract governance and support contract renewal processes.
- Support organic growth initiatives across the portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
