PRS are currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a FM service provider who are recruiting for a Critical Site in Abingdon, Oxford. The successful candidates will be Electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Duties:
- Operating and maintaining all Electrical, and HVAC equipment and systems under a rigorous change management system to maintain 100% uptime availability
- Monitoring and troubleshooting site/plant equipment support systems to include logging and responding to incidents/events, problems, changes, monitoring, problem escalation/notification/ resolution and all other aspects of site support (mechanical, HVAC, generators, fire alarms and suppression etc)
- Utilising maximum capabilities of all operational systems including BMS, PMS, CMS
- Ensure environmental conditions are maintained at all times together with 100% uptime of all M&E critical building systems.
- Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive and breakdown works to all mechanical and electrical systems
- Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks
- Emergency Light Testing
- Fire Alarm Testing
- Completing logbooks and RAMS
- Attending client meetings
- Engineers must be able to demonstrate appropriate knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV systems, which will include the ability to fault find.
Requirements:
- City and Guilds Electrical Installations Level 2 and 3 & 18th edition
- Full UK driving license
