Job Title: Site Supervisor (Single Man Site)
Location: Bond Street, London
Salary: Up to £48,000
Are you a skilled and proactive Site Supervisor looking for a new opportunity? I have an immediate vacancy for a dedicated individual to join my clients team and oversee the landlord side of a multi-tenant building near Bond Street, London.
Key Responsibilities:
·Site Management: Take charge of the day-to-day operations of a single-man site, focusing exclusively on the landlord side of the building.
·Tenant Interaction: While it’s a multi-tenant building, this role doesn’t involve dealing with tenants directly, concentrating solely on the landlord side.
·Building Services: Perform general building services duties, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and functionality.
·High Voltage (HV) Training: For candidates with expired HV tickets, training is offered to become a High Voltage Authorized Person (HVAP).
·Preventive Maintenance: Run and oversee all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities, ensuring that equipment and systems are well-maintained.
·Compliance: Keep abreast of and ensure compliance with all statutory and non-statutory tasks, ensuring that all obligations are fully up to date.
·Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS): Review and submit RAMS via the customer portal for approval, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
·Documentation Management: Maintain up-to-date site log-books, providing accurate records of all activities and maintenance.
·Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a professional and customer-friendly manner, representing the company positively.
·Overtime: Overtime opportunities are available, contributing to a rewarding and dynamic work environment.
·No Call-Outs: Unlike some roles, there are no call-outs, providing a healthy work-life balance.
Qualifications:
City and Guilds electrical level 2 and 3.
18th edition wiring regulations.
2391 qualification (desired).
Legionella control (L8) qualification (desired).
