Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing commercial construction projects from conception to completion.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to project teams, addressing design and construction challenges.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Budget Tracking: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and assist in cost control efforts.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
- Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong understanding of project engineering principles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in construction management software, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., EIT, PMP) are a plus.
