Electrical Multi-Skilled Engineer – Southampton (Static Site)
Location: Southampton
Hours: Monday to Friday
We’re seeking an Electrical Multi-Skilled Engineer for our FM client, based on a static commercial site in Southampton.
Duties:
- Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial building systems
- Basic fabric and mechanical support as part of the site FM team
- Ensuring compliance and safe operation of all electrical assets
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 / 18th Edition qualified
- Experience in facilities or commercial maintenance
- Confident working independently on a static site
Package:
- Static site – no travel required
- Free on site parking
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
