Admin role will include:
- Day to day admin/office tasks
- Working closely with site teams ensuring responsibilities are carried out in a timely fashion
- Booking of maintenance tasks and adding to computer systems
- Raising work orders for new jobs/quotes
- Positively respond to internal and external customers through effective communication and personal accessibility while optimising contract performance
- Ensuring that all documentation is received from Sub-contractors with regards to Health & Safety and Company Legislation.
- Presentation of engineer documents to client for site access
- Maintaining of the site sub-contractor records and logbooks
- Ownership of all tasks through to completion.
