Job description
We are seeking to recruit an experienced Compliance Administrator based in Birmingham.This is a contract role running to end of April 2021.
Based on working Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week.
Paying £9.23 per hour
Job Specification:
Booking in correct and planned maintenance works with sub-contractors.
Allocating corrective and planned maintenance works to sub-contractors with the CAFM system.
Chasing sub-contractors to ensure work orders are completed within the SLA.
Raising purchase orders via COUPA for sub-contractors.
Generating planned preventative maintenance work orders via CAFM system.
Monitoring dashboards on CAFM system to ensure SLA’s are adhered to.
Running reports from the CAFM system.
Run periodic and ad hoc reports from the launchpad system.
Raise new workers.
Respond to queries via shared mailbox and telephone.
Monitored share inbox to ensure client expectations are met.
Monitoring social media accounts for the contract.
Experience:
Experience in managing a workload via Planon or Maximo or CAFM system would be desirable
Experience of using COUPA system would be desirable
Proficient in MS Office programmes
Ideally have experience of working on a helpdesk/call centre role in Facilities Management
Possess good analytical and organisational skills
Excellent communication required and able to deal with all levels of management, customers and suppliers – both internal and external
Demonstrate good time management skills – working to deadlines and adhering to set procedures
