Job descriptionWe are recruiting for an Senior Asset Manager to join a large scale facilities management and building services operation in Yorkshire with a view to manage all change control processes. The role is a 12 month FTC basic salary up to 50k. There may be options for continuous extension.
To organise and lead regular meetings with both the customer and internal stakeholder to review and updates, changes, errors, omissions throughout the contract terms
Update PPM plans inline with the additions or removal of affected Properties. Track all movements both in and out of scope
Maintain the change control process with our customer to ensure the CAFM system is up to date at all times
Update the PPM plan periodically (no less frequently than monthly) to reflect improvements and changes that will improve delivery efficiency. Track all changes that are proposed or required. Develop over the course of the contract; within a defined timeframe, an Optimised PPM Plan delivery that improves operational efficiency
Develop and maintain a delivery programme to address the remedial backlog of works identifed by the customer
Data management experience within an M&E maintenance business, or an in-house facilities management team
Management of asset and PPM schedule data within CAFM systems (e.g Concept, Maximo)
Detailed knowledge and understanding of M&E assets and the associated SFG20 (or other) maintenance regimes
Experience in managing client expectations, subcontractors and scheduling of subcontractor works.
Robust knowledge of excel and other MS applications
Strong communications skills and experience of managing small projects with multiple stakeholders
M&E asset surveying & asset data collection
M&E bid estimating
Experience in management information, data analysis and reporting
