Our client is one of the most prestigious and unique hotels in London. The Role:
Salary: £30,000 per annum
  • Ensures guest needs are being managed promptly and in line with Company standards
  • To keep Front Office Manager and Operations Manager informed of all developments and guest feedback.
  • To acknowledge and take charge of guest request and complaints.
  • The AFOM will be responsible of the smooth running of the Front Office Department in the absence of the Front Office Manager. 
  • Overseeing the recruitment process.
  • Be involved in training and development of the front office team.
  • Supporting the Front Office Manager in achieving departmental KPIs
  • Maximizing rooming opportunities
  • To ensure that all reservation requests are followed up with to the highest of standards
The ideal candidate:
  • 2 years of experience in Assistant Front of House Manager or similar role, in a luxury hotel environment
  • Opera knowledge
  • Excellent command of English language, spoken and written
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
