Company information – My client is a national contractor that in addition to other specialist services i.e., facilities, are also providing catering services into education, healthcare, business, prisons, and leisure. An opportunity has arisen for an assistant general manager to join one of their hospitality and retails operation based within the barracks in Surrey.
Duties as Assistant General Manager – You will be supporting the general manager with the day to day running of the catering operations including 21 retail and coffee outlets, hospitality, and events with a full team of 220 staff. As DGM, you will be responsible for auditing such as H&S, security of cash etc. and implementing projects. The full catering team consists of 220 staff., implement project, follow up
The ideal Assistant General Manager will have proven management skills, a real passion for fresh food and previous client liaison experience.
· Monday to Friday
· Between 08:00- 17:00, contracted to 37.5 hours per week
· £27,000 plus 30 days holiday (inc Bank Holidays)
