This role will most likely suit a building services supervisor/lead engineer working with an FM / Maintenance Contractor, looking for an initial step into working for a managing agent. As opposed to contractor side, this adds an extra level of job security and adds dedicated real estate experience to marry with an individuals existing technical skillset. With these inhouse / managing agent roles tending to be rarer than those on the maintenance contractor side, this is an ideal opportunity to get a foot in the door with a world class real estate organisation.
