Contract Manager (Building Services)
Corporate accounts – Central London
£55-60,000 salary

Our customer are a globally renowned property and facilities management organisation, well established within the UK and covering a range of commercial sectors including corporate, banking, managing agents, pharmaceutical and national accounts. Due to expansion they are seeking a technically minded contract manager, to run a portfolio of both landlord and tenant contracts for multiple customers across Central London. Guideline salary for the position is circa £55-60,000, inclusive of a vehicle allowance, as well as standard pension scheme and healthcare.
Candidates will ideally be from a technical background, electrically or mechanically qualified, with at least three years of experience of managing a commercial maintenance contract. Preferably this experience will be with mobile/multi-site contracts and particular duties/responsibilities will cover:
  • Managing Profit & Loss account across multiple customers/sites
  • Reduce WIP
  • Man-management of resident and mobile engineering team
  • Hitting Compliance and Audit targets
  • Identifying opportunities for extra work/projects
  • Foster positive working relationships through meeting with tenants/clients
