Job description

CAFM Manager Hampshire/Surrey £45k-£50k

We are currently seeking an experienced CAFM Manager for a market leading maintenance provider to be based on a flagship Data Centre contract.

The primary purpose of this position is to provide effective oversight and coordination of the CAFM System (Concept Evolution), to support the organisation in the delivery of the M&E services across one of the largest Data Centre portfolio in the UK. The secondary purpose of this role is to provide the necessary expertise during set up of any new facility on the vastly expanding campus in relation to the CAFM System.

Your duties will encompass:

·       Working with Operations Managers to update or create new PPM planners

·       Mobilisation of new PPM Planners for client mobilisations and the required gathering of information and data

·       Working with the Operations and Technical Operations Team to align the PPM planners, group assets and service dates to promote future efficient delivery of PPM

·       Onboarding new rooms, modules, buildings, sites include customer information to enable de-clashing

·       Carry out User Acceptance Testing for any additional modules added to the CAFM system in the future

·       Manage any queries or changes to concept system data

·       Enforce governance rules to prevent unauthorised changes to the system

·       Ensuring Work Instructions are up to date with the latest version (Instruction Steps)

 

You will need to have previous Concept (CAFM) experience in mobilisation and the set up of the system and a clear understanding of KPI’s and SLA’s. To be well presented and have excellent communication skills. You will need to have a proactive approach and a strict attention to detail. It is also desirable that you have 3-5 years facilities management hard services industry experience
