Job descriptionPRS are currently working with one of the leading Pub/Restaurant operators in the North West of England who currently have over 30 sites in the region. They are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to cover their busy food operation in the Wirral / Chester area. The salary for the role is a basic of £26,000 per annum, extensive company benefits, which can be detailed upon application.
The working hours for this role are 48 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, flexible shifts. You will not be required to work split shifts.
You will ideally be a current Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie. You must have a strong background in delivering excellent standards of pub restaurant food. It is essential that you have experience in a busy kitchen.
It is essential that you understand all aspects of Food Hygiene safety and as such will have a current Food Hygiene certificate to a minimum level 2. You will also be expected to have relevant chef qualifications such as NVQ or City & Guilds.
