Company Information- We are currently recruiting for a specialised gluten and diary free fresh food production kitchen located in Rainham who are currently one of UK’s top rated cooked meal plan company. They create stunning nutritious menu’s for their thousands of subscribed customers up and down the country and are looking for chefs who are passionate to join their ever-growing team.
Duties for chef de partie-
- Producing 12,000 meals per week
- Demonstrate excellent culinary and knives skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts and under pressure
- Cooking for high volume
- Must be able to deal with high volume
- Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Must be flexible to work nights, days and weekends.
- Genuine passion and enthusiasm to learn.
- Proficient in English language.
- 10:00ph plus overtime
