Job descriptionPRS Southampton are currently looking for a Contract Administrator to work with our client based in Reading. This is an on-going temporary position, which could become permanent for the right individual.
Working Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm, this is a full time role and is vital to the smooth running of the operation, directly supporting the Contract Manager.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining the staff Holiday and Absence records
- Producing and following up on Invoices raised to the client and PO's to subcontractors.
- Taking minute notes for meetings on site and distributing to the attendees
- Supporting the Facilities Manager with Administrative tasks.
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Team Player
- Driven to completing on tasks
- Mandarin speaking (Desired not essential)
