Job description

PRS Southampton are currently looking for a Contract Administrator to work with our client based in Reading. This is an on-going temporary position, which could become permanent for the right individual.

Working Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm, this is a full time role and is vital to the smooth running of the operation, directly supporting the Contract Manager.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Maintaining the staff Holiday and Absence records
  • Producing and following up on Invoices raised to the client and PO's to subcontractors.
  • Taking minute notes for meetings on site and distributing to the attendees
  • Supporting the Facilities Manager with Administrative tasks.
Person Specification:
  • Willing to go the extra mile
  • Team Player
  • Driven to completing on tasks
  • Mandarin speaking (Desired not essential)
