Job descriptionWe are seeking to recruit an experienced Contract Administrator based in Blackburn.
The role is a contract cover role working to 12.4.2020 – Monday to Friday – 8am – 5pm – Paying £8.40 per hour.
As the Contract Administrator, you will be part of the Scheduling Team with specific responsibility to the Mobile Services contract. You will work closely with Contract Managers & Supervisors to ensure all works (PPM, reactive & quoted) are scheduled and dealt with in a timely manner in accordance with the contractual requirements, in order to meet KPI’s.
Schedule PPM and reactive works in a timely manner ensuring contractual KPI’s are met.
Liaise with Contract Managers, Supervisors and Workflow Managers to schedule all sub-contractor PPM’s.
Renew contracts with sub-contractors and raise purchase orders to cover the schedule visits.
Liaise with the clients to book sub-contractors on to sites for schedule visits.
Logging and assigning jobs on CAFM system ensuring system is continuously updated.
Carry out regular analysis of current PPM regime to identify current trends and patterns to achieve effective delivery of engineering resource.
Chase appropriate party for supporting information (sub contractor and engineers reports, sub contractor and supplier invoices).
Frist point of contact for engineers and sub contractors regarding scheduling queries.
Carry out general administrative duties in line with departmental policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience:
Prior CAFM systems (SAP, Basware, Coupa, Maximo & Planon)
Essential computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel and Outlook
Experience of purchasing and managing supplier delivery.
