Job descriptionPRS Southampton are currently working with a prestigious client in Cheltenham as they search for a Contract Support Administrator to join their team.
This is a permanent opportunity best suited to an experienced Facilities/Property Management Administrator. Working days/hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
Providing direct support to the Contract Manager and the Client on site this roles responsibilities will include:
- Client Support/Query Handling
- General Administrative Support to the contract Manager
- Scheduling Maintenance Works - Both Planned and reactive
- Ensuring Rota's are built to maintain appropriate staff on site
- Managing Holiday and Absence records
- Liaising internally to arrange Purchase Orders for Sub Contracted Works
- Producing Invoices for the Client following additional non-contracted works
