PRS are currently recruiting on behalf of an amazing client for a Contract Support based in Brent Cross,

Main purpose of the role:
To provide the administrative function pivotal to the Contract operation. The role will require close liaison with the client by effective operation of a Help Desk, prioritising and allocating tasks raised to a small team of engineers and Sub-Contractors. Maintaining accurate records to enable effective management of work in progress and monthly billing. To produce regular Contract Status Reports. Working closely with the Contracts Manager, to give support with general administration.
 
Key Accountabilities:
  • Operating a Help Desk
  • The logging, tracking and updating of reactive tasks
  • Issue and monitor tasks generated by the Planned Preventative Maintenance system
  • Maintain accurate records/logbooks
  • Raising purchase orders to suppliers and subcontractors
  • Dealing with day to day enquiries from the team and the Client
  • Day to day admin, including photocopying, and filing
  • Undertake any other duties as requested by the Lead Contract Support
 
Person Attributes:
  • Current driving licence
  • Self-Starter and able to manage your own time
  • Highly motivated individual
  • Excellent communicator
  • Excellent punctuality and timekeeping
  • A good understanding of Excel system
 
Desirable:
  • Experience working with CAFM systems/Helpdesk responsibilities
  • A good understanding of basic financial contract management – WIP, Aged debt although no direct P&L responsibility.
