Job descriptionWe are recruiting for a contracts administrator to provide support services to a Facilities and Engineering company in the Newcastle Upon Tyne area. The role will be to providing purchasing, PO and data entry duties to the busy maintenance operation. The position is permanent role, salary £22k pa, 40 hours per week Monday - Friday
To support the Contract to coordinate and manage the self-delivery of Engineering work resources and the purchasing and supplier liaison
Purchasing administration and PO generation, issue and tracking
Data Entry and logging
Supplier and vendor liaison
Work order tracking and administration
Liaison with Helpdesk and mobile engineering teams
General ad-hoc administration and clerical tasks
The candidate must have experience in:
- contract administration
- database and bespoke programs
- data entry
- Purchasing and PO administration experience
- Purchase and accounts liaison
- high level and quality back office skills and general administration skills
