A opportunity has arisen for a chef manager to run one of their primary schools in borough of Greenwich- South East London
Duties as Cook/Manager- We are looking for a Cook/Manager to lead their school catering team and take full control of the food offer for approx. 300 children. You will be managing a team of 3 staff to provide lunch and hospitality when required. This will range from teas, coffees, sandwich lunches etc. In addition to cooking, you will be maintaining stock control, bookwork and planning menus and themed days for the children's dining.
The ideal Cook/Manager will have proven craft and management skills, a real passion for fresh food and previous experience within a schools.
