£60 - £65,000 per annum plus package
Have a background in critical engineering management and service delivery management? Do you have experience or believe you could operate as a technical lead in the management of critical sites? Our customer is seeking a client facing critical engineering manager, that can manage client expectations, and a team of critical maintenance engineers, for a flagship contract.
You'll have a 'hands on' approach to management, and have demonstrable experience in tasks such as writing safety programmes, switching schedules. You'll be a technical lead in the management of BMS systems, UPS systems and generators. Responsible for managing a blue chip corporate client, and also responsible for financial management of your sites, and participate in budgeting and forecasting review meetings.
With a background in working to stringent KPI's and SLA's, you'll also be someone that has a fresh and innovative approach to cost savings and best practice ways of working.
Based from Birmingham, with responsibility for other sites, you'll be the clients point of contact for all aspects of the engineering function, and be accountable for all aspects of service delivery.
On offer is a permanent position, paying a basic salary of circa £65,000 per annum. There's a bonus scheme which can be up your 10% of your salary. You'll also receive private health care cover, and your employer will pay twice your own contributions to your pension (up to 12 %). You'll also receive 28 days annual leave, plus your stats.
