Job descriptionWe are currently working with a client, nationally recognised in Facilities Management, in their search for an experienced Customer Service Desk Coordinator.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a proven track record in Customer Service. To be successful you will need to have a keen eye for detail, the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise workloads and you will be comfortable speaking with both clients and sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out both in a timely and complete fashion.
Responsibilities will include:
- Logging of Quotes
- Raising and e-filing PO's
- Producing Invoices
- Tracking KPI's for the Service Desk
