Job Purpose:


The customer Services Agent is responsible for providing first level support in the customer services centre, some customer interaction maybe infrequent due to the packages offered, therefore it is critical that the postholder can deliver a seamless level of customer service at all times.  The role will be responding to questions and queries as well as customer reviews and feedback and providing responses to ensure cases are resolved.

Responsibilities and Duties

·                 Answering customer queries by phone, email, and web-chat

·                 Accepting/rejecting new maintenance requests

·                 Providing status updates to customers

·                 Dealing with customer complaints and escalating accordingly

·                 Following up overdue invoices and customer feedback

·                 General admin tasks

The candidate

·                 Someone who has a positive attitude and is a brand ambassador

·                 Excellent ability to communicate at all levels verbally and in writing

·                 To be a self-starter and self-motivated

·                 Someone who is agile and welcome to change and the ambiguity of a growing business

·                 Able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm

·                 Have excellent attention to detail

·                 Have a real passion for admin due to the high level of administrative activities

·                 Be able to and enjoy working as a critical part of a successful team

·                 Be proficient in all MS packages, such as Windows and other cloud-based systems

·                 Excellent customer service skills

·                 Knowledge of best practice in customer services and retention

 

Hours of Work
 
·                 Full time 35 hours a week

·                 Monday – Friday shift pattern either 09.00am – 5.00pm or 10.00am – 6.00pm

·                 Required to work 1 Saturday in 4 on a rotation

 

Salary Range

£21,000.00 - £26,000.00
