£33,000 per annum
Working in a data centre environment for our facilities management client, this role will suit someone with a technical background that is looking to work towards a management role with appropriate training and development. You will be working closely to coordinate and develop the CAFM system for PPM & reactive works. Other duties will include (but not limited to) being responsible for updating Logbooks and ensuring Statutory compliance is maintained. You will be required to deputise for the Contract Manager on daily/weekly ops calls, providing both the account and customer management teams with updates on operational matters as required.
A degree of flexibility is required due to the nature of the customer's business and the requirement to cover shift patterns during both planned and unplanned absence periods.
Ideally you'll have worked in a critical maintenance environment such as a data centre, hospital, or within manufacturing. Fully qualified (City and Guilds 236 parts 1 and 2), and 17th or 18th edition electrical qualifications, with some previous exposure carrying out critical facilities maintenance on plant such as UPS systems, BMS and generators. You'll have excellent communication skills, and take pride in working safely.
In return you'll be paid a salary of up to £31,000 per annum, plus you will have opportunities to increase your salary with regular overtime. You'll also have access to world class training and development, with one of the industries leading facilities maintenance employers.
