ritical Services Data Centre Shift Technician (Romford) 

£40k to £45k + Good OT opportunities & Free Parking on Site (Avoid Public Transport) 

We are currently seeking several additional proactive Maintenance Shift Technicians to be based at a large Data Centre in Romford on a flagship contract.  Working for a specialist Critical section of a large Building Services Maintenance business you would be based at a state of the art technical building that offers an excellent modern environment to work within this is an opportunity not to be missed with easy travel access out of the heart of London. 

Electrically biased Engineers, though mechanical candidates will be considered, must come from a Critical background and should ideally have completed an apprenticeship or have equivalent time served experience within M&E critical environments. You must also have a proven track record in working within building services HVAC maintenance environments and to have a minimum of 4 years previous experience. You should also have hands on experience of covering the planned and reactive maintenance to: Single & three phase power, UPS, Power generators, H/V Systems, CRAC units, lighting, HVAC, pumps, motors, air conditioning, BMS operation etc.  Candidates will need to have full electrical City & Guilds, or equivalent and current or previous H/V authorisation would be a bonus but not essential.

Basic Salary £40,000 to £45,000
