** Electrical Supervisor - £40000 **



An exciting opportunity to join a leading Facitilies Management company. My client delivers FM services to over 100 million consumers, daily, in over 56 countries. 

They now have a opening for an Electrical Supervisor for a site in Plymouth. The successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience within an FM environment, and will be responsible for overseeing the onsite maintenance team. 




Duties will include:

  • Close liaison and working relationship with the Client/Tenants.
  • Operate all systems within the buildings in a competent, effective, and efficient manner.
  • Act as the Duty Authorised Person (HV) whilst on duty.
  • Compile quotations to client.
  • Have a detailed understanding on BMS systems.
  • Issue relevant site Permits as part of the Safe System of Work.
  • Completion of PPM and reactive tasks and update the system.
  • Ensure that daily tours are completed and repair or report any defects found via the Landlord/Tenant helpdesk.
  • Identification of materials required to be ordered in a timely manner.

 Requirements:
  • City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 Electrical installation or recognised equivalent.
  • 17th or 18th Edition Institute of Electrical Engineers (IEE) Registration or Recognised equivalent.
  • Approved apprenticeship or appropriate experience within Building Services.
  • Health & Safety Training.
  • Previous Supervisory/Management experience is required.
  • Ioshh - desirable.
  • Nebosh - deriable.
  • 5 years supervisory experience.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Working hours: 7.30 - 4.30 Monday to Friday.  Apply for this job
