Estimator – Facilities Management

London

£55,000 to £65,000

 

PRS are pleased to be working with this major company in the FM industry in their strategic search for an Estimator to operate within their Facilities Management estimating team. The role for the Estimator (Facilities Management), is a part of the key growth strategy and will be working alongside the existing estimating team to work on Framework and project work models. 

 

Our client operates in the FM workspace and provides Facilities Management services in technically demanding environments, and their portfolio includes some of the UK’s best-known companies, providing stand-alone hard services, planned and reactive maintenance and technically-led FM solutions to single and multi-site operations. They are an award-winning business; ensuring they take time to understand their clients’ culture as well as their operations, as part of a national coverage in a broad range of industry sectors, along with growth plans in place.

 

As part of the growth strategy our client has an opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join their FM team in London, to effectively utilise skills, experience and knowledge within a team environment to produce tenders which will win profitable work.

 

We, alongside the client, are looking for a qualified Estimator with a proven track record of analytical estimating and cost planning to tight deadlines, gained within Facilities Management or similar. To be successful in the role you will be self-motivated and an excellent communicator, able to work as part of a team. A broad knowledge of facilities management, with working knowledge of estimating software and Excel are essential.
