Job Title: Facilities Administrator
Location: Hampshire – New Forest
Start Date: ASAP
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Salary:  £12hr

PRS are currently looking to support our globally recognised client in their search for a Facilities Administrator work on their site in New Forest. This client offers excellent career progression and great company culture.
This is a Temporary role with potential to go Permanent starting soon as possible and requires working from 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. The hourly rate is £12hr. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to get their foot at the door and work with a great client. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the organisation of administrative tasks
  • Completing dispatcher/transport planner duties
  • Complete all necessary paperwork as requested
  • Answering internal and external calls
  • Invoice queries, service requests and breakdowns on site
  • Raising purchase orders as and when required
  • General filing
  • Other general administrative duties as required by the branch
