Job descriptionWe are seeking to recruit an experienced Facilities Co-ordinator based in the area of Stone – Paying £14.22 per hour.
This is a contract role which runs to 21st May 2021.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday – 8am – 5pm
In this role candidates will work closely with the Senior Facilities Manager to support all facilities activities across the UK. This will include managing hard and soft services, facilities related budgets and recording/managing KPI scores.
You will have experience in managing multi-disciplinary FM teams which includes maintenance operatives, front of house, reception/switchboard, mailroom, cleaning and security services.
As Facilities Co-ordinator you will also be responsible for raising/managing purchase orders & contracts, compliance, office operations, managing external contractors and record keeping.

•Experience in using CAFM (desirable)
•Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle as post holder will be required to travel to different client locations, as required by the business.
