Job descriptionPRS Southampton are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our client on their site in Thatcham.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Facilities/Customer Service professional to come in and take on a role supporting a team in a really great environment.
Working between 08:00 and 17:00 (Mon-Fri), the responsibilities for the successful applicant will include:
- Providing administration and logistical support at the Learning and Development site for all internal and external customers.
- Responsible for scheduling, documentation and reporting related to all Heath and Safety, property and facility aspects on site.
- Provide general administration support and co-ordination to enable the effective and efficient operation of the site.
- Provision of a professional front of house service for all internal and external customers.
