Facilities Engineer - Electrically Biased
Birmingham
£26 - £28,000 per annum plus call out and overtime

We are looking for a building maintenance engineer, with an electrical bias, to join our client working at a high profile site in Birmingham.. You'll be an all round building maintenance engineer, ideally with some electrical qualifications such as 17th or 18th edition regs. 

Your main duties will include (but not limited to):

Basic electrical maintenance - lamping, emergency light tests, ballast changing.
Basic plumbing maintenance - leaks, taps, toilets, tap temperate tests.
Carry out remedial repairs to building fabric such as basic carpentry and decorating.

On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of up to £28,000 per annum. Plenty of overtime is available on this site to boost your earnings, as well as the on call out rota (on call 1 week in 7, £150 standby payment paid). Other benefits include 25 days annual leave plus stats, and regular training and development.
