Facilities Manager
Up to £37,500 -(9-12 month fixed term contract)
Waltham on the Wolds

Fast paced FM role to start as soon as possible on a fixed term contract. You'll have hard and soft services management experience, and have excellent client management skills, as well as being very compliance/h&s driven. 

Your duties will include (but not limited to)

  • Support the Account Manager to manage the on-site contract and services to the agreed standards, ensuring that deadlines and targets are achieved.
  • Maximise the profitability of the contract and manage costs effectively.
  • Ensure full compliance to statutory, legislative and client specific requirements / SOPs.
  • Compile site based service performance reports and presentations.
You'll take on responsibility for an onsite team that delivers all aspects of facilities management, including building and engineering maintenance, cleaning, catering and pest control.

You'll be PC literate, and ideally have some formal health and safety qualification, and have proven FM experience in a similar role.
