Job descriptionWe are looking for experienced Customer Service / Helpdesk Coordinators to join our Nationally recognised client based in Worthing.
This role is working Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, though there may be call for certain shifts to rota'd outside of those hours so there is coverage between 7am and 7pm.
Responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound client calls requesting works
- Liaising with Sub-Contractors to ensure works are carried out within the SLA
- Ensuring work orders are logged on the system and tracked
- Communicating with colleagues to ensure best outcome is achieved for all interactions
