Job descriptionPRS Southampton are pleased to be supporting our nationally recognised and market leading client in their search for a Helpdesk Operator / Call Handler.
This is a contract role where the working hours are between 8am and 5pm from Monday to Friday.
Role Responsibilities will include:
- Inbound Call Handling
- Raising Jobs and Scheduling Works
- Recording Details and Entering to the System for Audit
- Liaising Internally to understand the best method of resolution.
