We are seeking to recruit an experienced temporary Helpdesk Administrator based in York - Paying £9.00 per hour.Hours of work are Monday to Friday – 8am - 5pm
Contact role running to 20th May 2021.
The Company:- Our client is a leading Facility Management and property maintenance company delivering integrated Building and Facilities Management Services, to a number of prestigious clients across the UK.
Job Specification:
Key duties include:
Management of jobs on client CRM system
Management of clients
SharePoint Site (Scanning & Uploading of Documents)
Raising POs to suppliers
Raising IOs in SAP for jobs
Raising Jobs with Sub-contractors
Supporting Team Leader with the management of reactive jobs
Liaising with engineers as required
Desirable:
Experience of working within a Facilities Management environment
Experience of using SAP, Maximo or similar
