Company Information- A high profile insurance agency with 800 people based on site located in the City of London. Due to internal movement and progression we are looking for a passionate sous chef to join their hospitality and fine dining kitchen.
The food offer varies from sit down lunches and dinners, to sandwiches, bowl food, canapes to teas and coffees. Numbers will vary day to day and will have the opportunity to move around the kitchen and develop your skills.
Job Brief for Hospitality Sous Chef You will be working within a brigade of 8 chefs including the head chef managing the hospitality and fine dining kitchen. The food offer can range from canapes, hot and cold buffets, sandwich lunches to high end fine dining, A la carte lunches or dinners. Other duties include menu planning with the support of the head chef.
The Ideal Hospitality Sous Chef will have proven experience in a similar environment, be customer facing and able to manage and run a section on their own.
Package for Hospitality Sous Chef
- £32,000 per hour
- Monday to Friday Only
- Paid overtime over 40 hours per week (7:00am-15:30)
