An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Hospitality Manager based in the Northumberland area, working at an MOD site, this is a permanent role paying up to £24k DOE + benefits working 5/7 shifts you will be required to manage and operate the daily hotel and accommodation activities to its most efficient level whilst maintaining profitability within client standards.
To promote the best image of the company and ensure compliance with client policies and procedures and statutory obligations through appropriate auditing. If successful you will be required to undergo a DBS check, must have Food Hygiene certificate level 3
OPERATIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES►Accountable for specific areas of responsibility and deliverables and manages the associated risks
►Delivers activities to support operational objectives for their specific contract, project or specialism
►Operates within agreed operational and/or management guidelines
►Interacts with client or users around specific work efforts and deliverables
►Supports delivery of Health and Safety policy and standards
►Undertakes performance reviews and provides training and reward recommendations
►Responsible for implementing disciplinary actions up to final warning, dismissal should be in conjunction with HR representative
►Identifies ways to reduce cost and improve service
ADDITIONAL ROLE INFORMATIONMinimum requirement
Degree or equivalent in Catering/Hotel management or operational experience at management level in food service/ restaurant/ retail/ contracting/ operation
