I'm recruiting for a world leader in support services. With a multibillion £ turnover, they have a great reputation & culture & committed to developing the best possible IT systems & processes.
They require an IT Services Desk analyst to be the first point of contact for IT issues. You will address issues through email, phone call, or visits where possible & escalate when appropriate, maintaining ownership of issues to resolution.
You will undertake administration tasks on core business ERP systems, assist colleagues with their workflow documentation technology, set up & optimise mobiles, computers & software applications. In addition, you will support & train users on their systems, arrange for third party engineers when needed etc A full job spec is available.
Ideally, you will have experience of ITIL standards for incident, problem and service request management. With a patient and customer-oriented manner, you will be dynamic and work to the highest standards. With the ability to prioritise and plan your day you will achieve KPI's. With 1-2 years post-graduate IT experience you will live within 30 minutes commute of Surbiton.
