Are you looking for a new position in the building services industry? Are you looking for a role to work in the London area only?
We are currently recruiting for one of our well valued customers who are at the leading end of the building services industry. They are looking for a junior building services engineer to which they can help train and join their ever-growing maintenance team. They are looking for keen Electrical or Mechanical engineers who are seeking the chance to work on one of the UK’s largest commercial contracts within the industry. The engineer will be working for highly successful building services company where they will be put through training and have the chance to become a senior engineer within a few years.
A successful candidate will have completed an electrical or mechanical apprenticeship alongside City and Guilds Part 1,2 or 2,3 in either electrical installation or Heating & Ventilation.
This successful engineer will be working in a bubbly and entertaining environment where they will be trained by experienced engineers as well as carrying out their engineering duties. This includes working to daily PPM’s and carrying out reactive maintenance on site. This may very between basic, carpentry, basic electrics including emergency light testing and lamping etc. This could be assisting in the plant room working on AHU’s, FCU’s changing filters and belts. This may also include involvement with emergency lighting.
