Job descriptionWe are currently recruiting an experienced Lead Administrator to support the training manager with a national mobile maintenance contract on a minimum of a 12 month fixed term contract based in Leeds. The role is paying circa 25k and may move into a full permanent position. The Lead Administrator will assist in supporting delivery of training particularly in terms of clients CAFM tablet users, portal users, IFS tablet users during on boarding and operational delivery phases (for in house staff and sub contracted resources). The Lead Administrator will also support development of training matrix along with development & delivery of training plan for directly employed staff and in addition reviewing & verification of training matrices provided by sub contractors. The successful candidate will preferably have a background in assisting delivering face to face and remote training on CAFM systems (i.e. Concept etc..) to Engineers and support wider training within a Facilities Services Industry.
Supporting the training manager with the first line support for CAFM systems for tablet and portal users. Escalation of technical issues to ICT/Client where required.
Supporting training for CAFM Systems for tablet and portal users.
Supporting training for users of the Customer Portal (if required) and the Subcontractor Portal.
Assisting with the management and updating of all training materials for tablet users and portal users.
Assist in developing training matrix, lead updating and collating of certification (directly employed staff).
Assist with the development training plan and support delivery of (directly employed staff). Review, request, verify training matrices for sub contracted resources.
Receive and administer user set up requests and changes from portal users (in house and subcontractors)
Assisting with system training to engineers
Support the first line system support to engineers
All general administrative work with good knowledge of all Microsoft packages
