PRS are again working with one the biggest FM companies within the UK assisting them in their search for an Lead electrical shift engineer to work on a static site in Stoke on Trent. You will be hands on yourself whilst being responsible for 1 other engineer on site who is also electrically biased.Electrical Shift Engineer
Location: Stoke On Trent
Salary: Circa £39,270 PLUS Standby allowance
Hours: 8am – 4pm however you may be required 7am – 3pm depending on work occasionally.
You will be providing electrical maintenance at a blue chip Distribution site. They are currently looking to add a lead electrical engineer to join their stable team on a site in Stoke on Trent. Ideally you would have held held positions previously where you were responsible for other engineers however this is not essential.
The site encompasses non-critical M & E Systems. Other systems include, HV / LV Networks,Single and 3 phase power, Pumps, Motors, BMS / PMS / PLC controls, Air Handling Units, Generator Sets, UPS systems, Water Treatment, Chilled Water Systems, CRAC units, PDU's, Static Switches etc.
They are looking for fully qualified maintenance engineers (will consider FMCG, Industrial, Building Services or Navy Engineers with City and Guilds, HNC / ONC or equivalent in Electrical engineering) who have performed planned and reactive maintenance duties.
This company believes in promotions within the organisation. Several existing shift engineers have progressed to be shift leaders and managers.

Qualifications required:
17th / 18th Edition
Recognised electrical qualification
2391 would be preferred but not essential.
