Pay Rate: £18-20ph

Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider situated in Plymouth. PRS are currently looking for a maintenance technician to be based at a commercial site in Plymouth The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a maintenance technician ideally with some basic plumbing/ electrical works, painting and decorating and reactive and repair work experience. This is a temporary position covering sickness so will be an on going assignment. There is a potential this could end up as a permanent fixture.



The hours are 7am - 3pm Tuesdays to Saturdays. 5 days per week. You will be required on the Monday for the handover and training.


Job description:

-Demonstrate appropriate Health & Safety knowledge to ensure safe delivery of all work.
-Ensure that all Operational activities are carried out in Compliance with internal regulations and external Legislation governing the Business Operations.
-Capable of working independently. and completing all documentation. 

Your Requirements:

-Practical experience carrying out Fabric related PPM's in-line with industry standard or equivalent with wide ranging skills in Reactive and Repair work.
-Capable of undertaking Reactive Repairs and Small Projects with minimal supervision.
-Experience in reactive building maintenance tasks such as visual checks, fixing taps, leaks, lighting putting up shelves, changing light bulbs etc.
-Minimum of 2 years working as a Fabric Person on Commercial/Industrial facilities .
