We are looking for an experienced multi-skilled HVAC engineer to join an ever-growing maintenance provider who are very keen to employ an enthusiastic & technical engineer on a prestigious and high-end commercial maintenance contract. You will be working for an extremely modern and progressive maintenance provider and this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer keen to enhance their career and obtain training.
Candidates must have recognised Electrical/Mechanical building services qualifications in either C&G/NVQ Heating & Ventilation, F-GAS CAT 1, C&G Plumbing & Heating or C&G Air conditioning & Refrigeration, C&G Electrical Installations, HVAP Switching, 17th/18th edition and at least 5 years hands on experience of working within commercial building services maintenance. Working on a highly sought-after continental shift pattern where you get the luxury of being off for most of the year, this is a great opportunity to solidify your career within the industry. Successful Engineers applying should have a good working knowledge of AHU’s, FCU’s, Motors, Boilers, general Mechanical/HVAC plant, UPS systems, CRAC Units, HV Switching and Electrical fault finding.
This role is ideal for any experienced building services engineer living in or around the London/Essex area where they can have a 10–15-minute commute to work with free parking on site and a fantastic salary for a prestigious maintenance provider.
