Exciting opportunity to join an established Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Services provider with an outstanding reputation within the Facilities industry. You will be mobile within the London & M25 with the ideal candidate living inside the M25, although this is not essential.

Looking to expand their team all successful candidates will be a 3 to 5 years minimum experienced gas safe qualified engineer, with experience carrying out gas related activities and fault finding and will be required to attend both reactive & planned works to ensure that operational & compliance issues are addressed and adhered to as necessary, to provide documentation & information to enable management in preparing quotations, reports and sourcing materials. You will be required to cover a wide variety of tasks on commercial boilers including to service/ maintain and take care of small installations, including setting up burners, gas analysis and ancillary plant.
Works will not be restricted to combustion tasks, but will also require some experience in AHU’s, FCU’s, Pumps, Motors, Commercial Boilers, all associated HVAC systems, a working knowledge of BMS controls is preferred. Candidates should have previous experience of working on equipment from all the major manufacturers and associated ancillary plant.
Predominantly you will be required to diagnose, repair and service central heating systems, working from plant rooms, but occasionally you will be required to investigate residential apartment issues. For this reason, we require excellent people skills, take responsibility for leaving the property in a clean state and be presentable and polite.
There is plenty of overtime opportunities on this includes optional evening and weekend work with 4 hours paid for any call out attended out of hours, minimum of time and half and double time.
