Job descriptionPRS are looking for a experienced Administrator for our client in Billericay
· Input of data into a computerised database system for stock management.
· Preparation of Excel spreadsheets.
· Liaising with companies and private individuals to organise collections.
· Organising daily loads for the collection or delivery of Goods.
· Answering telephone calls and assisting with customer queries.
· Assisting with bookkeeping on Quick-books.
· Setting up bank payments.
· The ability to take the bookkeeping to a higher level (monthly reconciliations/VAT return etc) would be desirable.
· Other ad-hoc office tasks as required.
Educated to GCSE grade 5
Some knowledge of Excel and Word
Organised and hardworking
