PRS Southampton is looking for a reliable and experienced Operations Manager to oversee team of 6. We are looking for someone who is a self starter, has good relationship skills both for communicating and getting to know the engineers within the team and the client from the frontline workers to more senior management.
You will also support the Senior Operations Manager in managing (cost effectively) the directly employed and outsourced labour resources and assets required to deliver a compliant and high quality service covering all M&E and Building Fabric disciplines.
The role holder, supported by the Senior Operations Manager, shall be responsible for the maintenance team and shall plan, organise and coordinate the Planned and Reactive Maintenance works and appropriate shift cover with the support of the supervisors. Joint responsibility will extend to management and implementation of specialist service contracts together with the day-to-day performance of the service.

-Data Management is a key function of the role. Will work closely with the team responsible for ensuring the continuing accuracy & relevancy of the Asset Register, The CAFM system and the BIM model
-Hard Services Backround (Qualifed within any Hard Services Backround, preferably Electrical or Mechanical)
