Job Title: Permit Station Co-ordinator
Location: Salisbury
Type: Permanent  
Salary: £26000 - £30000
Working Hours: 0800 - 1700 (Overtime avaialble)

PRS Southampton is looking for a reliable and experienced Permit Station Co-ordinator who will be based on a high-end commercial sites near Salisbury. The successful candidate will provide a professional service to our clients and be responsible for the control and coordination of safe systems of work for contractors at site to ensure legal and contractual obligations. To understand the requirements in providing a flexible contract contractor administration service.


- Responsible for the control of safe systems of work throughout the site.
- Point of contact for Permit/Authority to work management. Programme Management 
-Produce monthly report to Line Manager. To include PTW/Hazard Reporting statistics 
-Management of the projects and sub-contractor safe system of work 
-Ensure sub-contractors are competent to carry out works safely, efficiently and to standard. 
-Liaison with Client representatives, contractors and customers 

Your Requirements:

- IT literate in MS Office and systems management software
- Management experience in dealing with sub-contractors and supply chain.
- Previous responsibility in managing policies and systems such as H&S, QA, environmental and corporate while complying with current and appropriate legislation and standards.
- Able to co-ordinate and manage multiple projects/works end-to-end across a diverse portfolio of multi-site facilities.
- Valid formal Health & Safety qualification e.g. IOSH or NEBOSH


Formal Training in HTM02 Medical Gas Pressure Systems (MGPS) HTM03 Heating & Ventilation (HVAC) – (potentially local rules or ACDP guidance)
HTM04 Water Hygiene – (or ACOP L8)
HTM06 Electrical Low Voltage (or JSP)
HTM06 Electrical High Voltage (or JSP)
Steam & Pressure Systems (PSSR) (or JSP)
