Up to £58,000 per annum
Project Manager required to join an industry leading facilities maintenance company, working on a key contract in Birmingham. If you have experience within a contractual, KPI driven environment, and demonstrable experience working with public sector clients, then this may be the challenge and opportunity for you.
You'll typically be delivering 100+ projects at any one time ranging from £1k to £1M+, comprising small works, minor maintenance projects to larger and more complex life cycle and capital works. As a Project Manager you will be required to ensure projects are delivered safely; on time; on budget and are to a high standard from inception, to final account stage. Labour management is also a key requirement of this role, overseeing the co-ordination of operatives, sub-contractors and suppliers.
Ideally you will have experience working for a facilities service provider, with a demonstrable track record of directly managing capital works within a large and complex estate. PFI experience would be a distinct advantage. With sound knowledge of building and engineering services, health and safety, and CDM regulations.
On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of between £40 - £58,000 per annum. Other benefits include a 5% bonus.
